Kids have advice for Obama’s Daughters

“Don’t knock anything over at the White House” was one of the surprise pieces of advice children from KidsPark want to share with Malia and Sasha Obama. KidsPark asked their school-aged children what suggestions they would offer to make the transition to a new house and school easier for the girls. Although neophytes to politics, they are empathetic to the associated stress of a new home and school so they zoomed in on key strategies.

Here is the rest of KidsPark’s top 10 list.

2. Help your parents around the new house because they probably are going through a lot of stress.

3. Go around your new neighborhood with your parents and take the neighbors home made cookies.

4. Be yourself and try not to act cool. Don’t brag.

5. Be nice to everyone you see and kids will talk to you.

6. Don’t be shy. Every body might stare at you but that could be because they like you!

7. If you are afraid, just go outside and play football or something like that.

8. Pick a good room at your new home and make it better than your old one.

9. Try to make your new home look like your old home so it makes you feel at home.

10. Do what they normally did. Do a hobby. Relax.
