KidsPark, Inc. and the owners of each independently franchised location of KidsPark® ("Franchisees" together with KidsPark, Inc., or "we," or "us") respect the privacy concerns of visitors to the kidspark.com Web site operated by KidsPark, Inc. KidsPark is proud of our information practices, and we want you to know the steps we take to protect the information you may provide to us.

Information We Collect Automatically
If you merely browse through our KidsPark Web site or download information (e.g., from the our Registration page), the site's Web servers will automatically collect certain information from you. This information may include the:

  • Name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet;
  • Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using;
  • Browser software you use and your operating system;
  • Date and time you access KidsPark Web site; and
  • Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to the KidsPark web site.

The owner of the KidsPark Web site that collects information from you will use this information, which does not identify you, to manage the site you accessed and to make it as useful as possible for you. None of the collected information is tied to personal information you may provide to us (see below).

Personal Information You Choose to Provide to Us

  • If you have specific questions or wish to enroll your child at a KidsPark® location:
    We do not currently accept applications for enrollment on KidsPark Web sites. If you wish to enroll your child at a KidsPark® location, click on our Find a Location page to find the location nearest you. You may send an email directly to the email address listed for the location you choose.  KidsPark, Inc. does not collect or retain any of the personal information you may provide in an email message to the KidsPark® location you choose. The KidsPark® locations are owned and operated by independent franchised business owners. The Franchisee of the location you send an email to will retain your personal information to contact you about enrolling your child.
    If, in the future, we offer online enrollment, we will notify you in this space.
  • If you request a Franchise Information Package:
    If you are interested in learning about franchise opportunities with KidsPark, Inc., you may complete the franchise information Request Form. If you choose to do so, KidsPark, Inc. will collect your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and estimate of your available liquid capital and approximate net worth, as well as similar information about any potential co-owner (if you plan to operate a KidsPark® franchise as a partnership or similar entity). KidsPark, Inc. will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose the information you provide on the Request Form to any Franchisee or any other third party without first obtaining your consent. The Request Form is a request for information only, and is not an application for consideration as a franchisee. To apply, you must complete an Applicant Profile that KidsPark, Inc.'s will send you to begin the offline ownership process.
  • If you choose to refer a friend to KidsPark, Inc.:
    If you know a parent who would be interested in learning more about KidsPark®, you may refer him or her to KidsPark, Inc. by completing the Refer-a-Friend Site form. KidsPark will use the email address of the parent you are referring to tell him or her of your referral and to provide information about KidsPark, Inc. We do retain the information you provide on this form in case we need to trace back names for free hour referral credits. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose the information you provide on the Refer-a-Friend form to any person or entity outside KidsPark.
  • If you choose to invite a friend to a KidsPark, Inc. or franchise location Open House:
    If you know a parent who would be interested in learning more about KidsPark®, you may send him or her and invitation to a KidsPark Open House by completing the Invite-a-Friend Site form. KidsPark will use the email address of the parent you are inviting to tell him or her of your referral and to provide information about KidsPark, Inc. We do retain the information you provide on this form in case we need to trace back names. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose the information you provide on the Invite-a-Friend form to any person or entity outside KidsPark.
  • If you're interested in working at a KidsPark® location:
    KidsPark does not currently offer an online employment application on our KidsPark Web site. We invite you to send us your resume by email or regular mail to the addresses posted on the center’s location page. If you send your resume to KidsPark, Inc., it may share your resume with Franchisees located near you, but it will not rent, sell, or otherwise disclose the personal information in your resume to any other third party. If KidsPark, Inc. sends your resume to a Franchisee or if you send your resume directly to a Franchisee, the Franchisee will not rent, sell, or otherwise disclose the personal information in your resume to any third party.

Personal Information as an Asset of KidsPark, Inc.
The personal information you provide to us is an asset of KidsPark, Inc. If KidsPark, Inc. or a substantial part of its business is sold or otherwise transferred to a third party your personal information may be transferred as well. We will notify you of any transfer of your personal information in connection with such a major transaction.

  • Cookies
    A "cookie" is a small text file that a Web site can place on your computer's hard drive for record-keeping, administrative purposes or to customize your experience. KidsPark does not use cookies.
  • Security
    We care about the security of your personal information, and we follow generally accepted industry standards to safeguard it, including use of the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) on our Franchise information Request Form. Once KidsPark, Inc. receives your information it stores the information on secure computers that are not linked to the Internet. You should be aware, however, that no transmission over the Internet, and no electronic data storage method, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the personal information you provide to KidsPark, Inc. either during its transmission or its storage on KidsPark, Inc.'s systems.
  • Links to Other Web sites
    KidsPark, Inc. does not endorse and is not responsible for the information practices or privacy policy of Web sites operated by others that may be linked to KidsPark, Inc. Web site. Although each member of KidsPark has pledged to comply with the terms of this privacy policy, each KidsPark® location is independently owned and operated by a Franchisee and KidsPark, Inc. cannot guarantee compliance by all Franchisees with this privacy policy. If you linked to the KidsPark Web site from another Web site, or if you choose to link to another Web site from a KidsPark Web site, you should refer to that other Web site's privacy policy and practices.
  • How to Contact Us
    If you have questions about KidsPark® programs or franchising opportunities with KidsPark, Inc., please see the information listed on our Contact Us page. If you have questions about how we use the personal information you may provide us on any KidsPark Web site or about this privacy policy, or requests to change or delete, please contact us using the information listed on our Contact Us page. For technical questions about the operation of a KidsPark Web site (e.g., if you are having trouble downloading a form or other information), please contact our CEO, debbie@kidspark.com.
  • Changes in this Privacy Policy
    We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update this privacy policy at any time, so we encourage you to review this policy frequently. If we make material changes in our privacy practices, we will notify you in this space.

By providing personal information to a KidsPark member on any KidsPark Web site, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this privacy policy.
