 In 1988 Debbie created KidsPark out of her personal need to find high quality, short-term care for her young daughter, Rita. She has dedicated herself to answering this special need in the community. She currently focuses on strategic issues, Marketing and Franchise Development.

Leslie joined KidsPark in May of 1994 and has been the Operations Manager for KidsPark since 2006. She coordinates the development of daily programming, special events, environmental design, and professional development training for staff and Franchisees.
